All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate security measures and the security of personal data required by law.

Due to the use of Google services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America as they can be stored on US servers. Google LLC has joined Privacy Shield and in this way guarantees an adequate level of protection of personal data required by European regulations.

Objectives and processing activities

Newsletter

If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you must give us your e-mail address and name via the subscription form to the newsletter. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter. The data provided during the subscription to the newsletter is used to send you a newsletter, and the legal basis for processing them is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of GDPR) as expressed during the subscription to the newsletter. The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier. However, the resignation from receiving the newsletter does not lead to the removal of data from the database. You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time. You also have the right to transfer the data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.

In addition, you can also include other personal information in the body of the message. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to make contact. Your data is processed in this case in order to contact you and the basis for processing is art. 6 par. 1 letter a of GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from the initiation of contact. The legal basis for the processing after the end of contact is the justified purpose of archiving correspondence for the purpose of showing its course in the future (Article 6 par 1 letter f of GDPR).
The content of the correspondence can be archived and we cannot unambiguously determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request a correspondence history that you carried out with us (if it was subject to archiving), and demand its removal, unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interest, eg defense against potential claims on your part.

Facebook Pixel

We are using marking tools available on and provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Using these tools,we direct ads on Facebook to you. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest in the form of marketing of own products or services.
In order to send you personalized ads, We implemented Facebook’s Pixel on our page, which automatically collects information about your use of our site in terms of subpages viewed. The information collected in this way is usually transmitted to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there.
The information collected as part of Facebook’s Pixel is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you. We only know what actions you have taken on our website. However, Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected as part of your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing.
