ASSETSVILLE TOWN 2 - MODULAR COUNTY

Assetsville Town 2 - Modular County is a complex environment pack that allows to create huge and great-looking towns - fast and easy.


The pack includes Modular Parcel & Road Blueprints, Power Lines Placement Blueprint, Rigged Vehicles (with a playable example) and Modular Characters (with a playable example). The Parcel Randomizer allows to create unique streets, by simply copying the modular tileset and letting the blueprint randomize its elements. The Road System Blueprint allows to quickly create a street layout, choose sidewalk types, add crosswalks, lines or streets crossings. The Road Signs Blueprints can be easily edited to place your own city names or speed limits.


The playable demo scene allows to test the example vehicle and drive around the demo town, while the example modular character allows to run around the town using the Unreal TPP Template as the new characters match the UE4 Mannequin perfectly!
